10 Minute Arm Toning
A 10 minute arm toning workout good for anyone with arms! It’s 10 consecutive minutes of work so I suggest lighter hand weights. I used 3 lbs.
You’ll need: hand weights and good music.
If you’re pregnant, this is definitely safe for you to try — in fact maintaining upper body strength and mobility is great, especially exercises that strengthen the upper back.
Focus on keeping your core engaged throughout — think belly button toward spine.
