Pregnancy Safe Whole Body

This workout has 3 different series, and you’ll repeat each series 3 times for reps. Weights are all optional and interchangeable — so adjust the challenge based on how you feel! If you’re pregnant, pay extra attention to the cues your body is providing you as you work through!
