~10 Min Upper Body
10 minutes of upper body work to tone and strengthen. You can do this one with me as many times per week as you’d like! Also, this is a great way for us pregnant ladies to continue to strengthen our upper bodies without impact.
You’ll need: two different sets of dumb bells, one heavier and one lighter — I used an 8 lb. set and a 3 lb. pound set. The heavier set will be primarily for bicep work, so make sure it’s a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form!
