Superset Lower Body Strength
Low-impact lower body workout to help strengthen and tone the legs and booty. Superset style means two exercises are coupled together to be done one after another for the total sets before moving on to the next pair. This workout has a total of 6 exercises, but will get your lower body working!
You’ll need: two different weights, one heavier and one lighter — I used a 25 lb kettlebell and a 10 pound disc weight, and was pleasantly sore the next day .
