Hi, I’m Kecia.

I am a certified personal trainer, a pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist, a certified pre and postnatal personal trainer, a nutrition coach, former professional soccer player, runner, mom of two, and a firm believer that everyone has what it takes to experience vitality.
My hope is that this will be a space that equips you with practical tools and knowledge, and empowers you on your own fitness journey. I don’t expect you to do all the things I do or care about all of the things I care about — your needs when it comes to feeling your best are as unique as you are. My job is to help you figure out what those needs are & encourage you to be so consistent that there’s no question which direction you’re heading.
