3 Ingredient Brownie Bites

Obviously, I have been enjoying including cocoa powder in my recipes lately. Raw cocoa powder is rich in polyphenols, which have antioxidant & anti-inflammatory effects…and it helps me satisfy chocolate cravings!

3 simple ingredients

Three bananas, natural peanut butter, and cocoa powder.

RECIPE:

  • 3 bananas

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (i chose creamy, but i’m sure crunchy would also be delish)

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350 F

Line a cupcake pan with coconut oil or paper cups.

Peel bananas and mash thoroughly, trying to eliminate any major chunks

Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder — mix really well until the batter looks smooth and brownie-batter like.

Add desired amount of batter to the cupcake pan — depending on how big you like your treats. (just be mindful of adjusting bake time for more batter!)

This recipe made 9-10 brownie bites.

Bake for 7-10 minutes. They should be solid to touch on top, but still chewy and soft in the middle.

*Store in the refrigerator & enjoy!
