Cocoa-Nut Energy Bites

I have a sweet tooth, I’m trying to fuel and heal my postpartum body, and I am breastfeeding so these little bites are the perfect thing to have in the freezer for a grab-n-go treat.

You’ll need:

Oats, Peanut Butter, Cocoa Powder, Collagen, Maple Syrup, Coconut Oil

Optional: Creatine & Chocolate LMNT

Riley is NOT breastfeeding and approves these treats

RECIPE:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 scoops collagen

  • Optional: 1 LMNT Chocolate packet

  • Optional: 1 tbsp creatine

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

line a baking dish with parchment for easy clean up.

combine the dry ingredients until mixed well in a larger bowl.

combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and pb. melt and stir well.

add the melted mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.

pour onto the lined pan and smooth to the desired thickness. thicker bars will just yield less servings!
