Lower Body Maintenance Series
This low-impact workout is for those days when you want to do something active, but don’t necessarily want to sweat or get your heart rate up too high — hence maintenance.
For pregnancy, I have been loving pairing workouts like this with a 20-30 minute walk. I feel good and accomplished without being totally wiped out for the rest of my day!
You’ll need: sliders of some sort ( if you don’t have them a folded up towel will work on a hard floor surface — your foot just needs to be able to slide) and one dumbbell is optional! I used a 15lb db.
