Full body workout for day one of “Training Camp 2022”

You’ll need: Mat, Timer, Water, Music, Weights of choice, and a resistance band. I use my Recreation Sweat bands.

Round One: 30s on 15 s off | 3x

Round Two: 45s on 20s off | 2x

Round Three: 60s on 30s off | 1x
